Marianne Jyotsna Daphne, born in Gothenburg, Sweden at 2 February 2000. She’s a mixed between her Chinese father and her Swedish mother. Marianne is living her childhood life in Sweden with her parents and grand parents. Ever since she was a little girl, she have a talent for music and her parents fully support it, and she is really fond of Cello. She has been practicing Cello since she was in first grade in Gothenburg musical school. When she’s 12 years old, her father decided to leave his furniture business in Sweden and return to his homeland in Taiwan, so Marianne follow her parents and live together in Taiwan.
Over there, her father is helping the goverment to build Taipei,specifically he’s helping in building the monorail. Because of that, Marianne education is helped by the goverment and she received a scholarship at Taiwan best musical highschool. During her highschool days, Marianne is one of the quiet yet really popular because of her skill to play Cello, She has won many competition and do a lot of big classical concert in Taiwan. A few years has passed, and now Marianne has graduated high school and she receive a scholarship at Pelita Harapan University in Indonesia and she’s joining the Classical Performance major. In Indonesia, she live alone at her apartement. In order to get extra money, she’s been tutoring cello privately to kids in her area, and she been joining a lot of Classical concert in Indonesia and abroad.
